Process of Receiving Cash Stipend of Benazir Kafaalat

To receive the cash stipend of Benazir Kafaalat, the beneficiary needs to follow the following process:

1. SMS Notification: If a female is eligible and declared as a beneficiary, she will receive an SMS notification from 8171.

2. Visit Nearest Point of Service (POS): Upon receiving the SMS notification, the beneficiary should visit the nearest HBL/BAFL POS or retailer in her tehsil.

3. Biometric Verification: The beneficiary should carry her original CNIC and undergo biometric verification at the POS or retailer to receive the first installment of the cash stipend.

4. Subsequent Installments: Apart from the POS or retailer, the beneficiary can also receive the next installments from an ATM.

To enter the BISP Kafaalat Programme, the following steps should be followed:

STEP 1: Eligibility Determination: A household that meets the approved cut-off criteria will be declared as "Eligible."

STEP 2: Beneficiary Selection: Only an ever-married female with a valid CNIC and cleared profiling in an eligible household will be declared as a beneficiary.
