BISP Dynamic Registry: Survey, Registration, and Eligibility Process

BISP is moving towards a dynamic registry. As a first step, Benazir Registration Desks have been established at the tehsil level to cater to missed-out HHs as well as to update missing information of surveyed HHs.

  1. Survey Eligibility Status: To check survey and eligibility status: a) Online: Visit https://8171.pass.gov.pk b) SMS: Send your CNIC number to 8171

  2. Information Counter/Triage Counter: Upon visiting the Benazir Registration Center: a) Queue at the information desk, with priority given to Differently Abled Persons, Pregnant Women, and Senior Citizens. b) Provide your CNIC or CNIC of any family member. If you have a Benazir Kifalat programme-related letter, share it with the screening officer. c) CNIC Screening Process:

  • If already surveyed and need roaster update, a token for Roaster Update will be issued.
  • If not surveyed yet, a token for New Survey will be issued.
  • If you have a Kifalat programme eligibility letter and require CNIC update, you will be moved to a priority counter to provide CNIC of an ever-married female. d) Proceed to the next counter called 'Data Entry Desk/Counter' and wait for your turn based on the token number.
  1. Data Entry Counter/Registration Desk: At the data entry desk: a) Provide your CNIC, Household member's CNIC, and B Form of all children in your family. Ensure that all CNICs are updated as per your current status in NADRA. b) Answer questions asked by the Data Entry Officer (DEO) regarding household members' details, education, health, assets, income, etc. c) Provide accurate answers and seek clarification from the DEO if needed. d) Make sure to provide a correct and active mobile number. Keep your 'Token Receipt' after the survey is completed.

  2. After Survey: After the survey is completed, the following steps will be taken: a) You will receive a Survey confirmation SMS from 8171 on your given mobile number. b) You may receive a letter regarding the BISP Kifalat Programme if found eligible. c) Check your eligibility status online at https://8171.pass.gov.pk. d) Alternatively, visit the nearest BISP Tehsil Office/BRC, meet the Assistant Director or relevant BISP Officer, and submit your 'Application' to inquire about your eligibility status.
