Compliance Procedure

To ensure the uptake of nutritional and primary healthcare services, a portion of the cash transfer will be made conditional on the consumption of at least 90% of the provided specialized nutrition foods by PLW and/or children in the support households, as well as compliance with ANC, PNC, and routine immunization. Compliance monitoring and reporting will be aligned with the transfer schedule to avoid delays in cash transfers.

Cash Transfer

Payment to beneficiaries will be processed immediately upon verification of compliance with quarterly conditions for PLW and children aged 6-23 months. This condition applies to twins and triplet children as well, and PKR 2000/2500 will be considered as the compliance amount for such cases.

An amount of PKR 2,000 (for PLW and male child registered in Nashonuma Programme) and PKR 2,500 (for a girl child registered in the Nashonuma Programme) will be withheld and linked to the consumption of specialized nutrition food (SNF) and utilization of essential primary healthcare services, including immunization, ANC, and PNC. This amount will be transferred to beneficiaries upon ascertaining compliance by verifying the consumption of at least 90% of the provided SNF and other associated services.
